Host rules

1. Capacity
Events must not exceed the venue's agreed capacity. Overcrowding is strictly prohibited, and the venue may deny entry if the limit is surpassed.
2. Noise Levels
All events must adhere to local noise regulations. Amplified sound must be kept at reasonable levels. The venue staff may request volume adjustments during the event.
3. Setup and Decorations
Decorations must be pre-approved by the venue. No materials that could damage walls, floors, or furnishings (such as nails or adhesives) are allowed.
All decorations must be removed by the end of the event unless agreed otherwise.
4. Food & Drinks
Catering is provided exclusively by Trinco. No outside food or beverages are allowed unless pre-arranged.
Alcoholic beverages are allowed through prior arrangement and must be consumed responsibly. The venue reserves the right to refuse service.
5. Event Conduct
Event organizers are responsible for their guests’ behavior. Disruptive behavior will result in removal from the venue, or termination of the event if necessary.
6. Damage and Liability
Event organizers are responsible for any damages caused by guests or vendors. Organizers will be charged for repairs. Oru Space is not responsible for personal injuries, losses, or damages.
7. Smoking and Substances
Smoking is prohibited inside the venue, with designated outdoor areas available. The use of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and may result in removal from the premises.
8. Health & Safety
Guests must follow health and safety protocols, including fire procedures and keeping exits clear. Any incidents must be reported to staff immediately.
9. End of Event
The venue must be vacated at the agreed time. Additional charges apply for late exits. The venue is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
