Situated in Captain Cooks Yard on vibrant Mile End Road, right across from iconic Genesis Cinema and Queen Mary University, our blank canvas self-contained spaces on the 1st floor provide a very versatile space for a variety of uses, at a very affordable fee.

Great for creative uses: rehearsals, photo shoots, yoga classes and other creative uses.

And business uses: co-working, meetings, workshops and more.
