The floor space measures 9m x 5m and comes with a vinyl mat, making it ideal for yoga or movement activities. It comfortably accommodates 10 people sitting or standing, with a maximum capacity of 15.
On the premises, you will find chairs, cups, glasses, a microwave, a kettle, and a fridge. Additional features include WIFI, natural light, and toilet facilities.

Situated in Captain Cooks Yard on vibrant Mile End Road, right across from iconic Genesis Cinema and Queen Mary University, our blank canvas self-contained spaces on the 1st floor provide a very versatile space for a variety of uses, at a very affordable fee.
Great for creative uses: rehearsals, photo shoots, yoga classes and other creative uses.
And business uses: co-working, meetings, workshops and more.
We know London is crazy expensive! We aim at supporting the creative scene and small businesses, by renting our studios at affordable prices.
