We request our guests to provide attendee list at least 24 hours in advance.
Any catering/refreshment request should be sent via mail at least a week in advance from the event date.
Organisers are responsible for their guests and in case of any damage, costs will be invoiced to the organiser.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting rooms. £500 for event spaces.
Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
