A short walk from key London landmarks, our new Farringdon location adds over 50,000 sq ft of premium, sustainable office space to Techspace’s growing portfolio, expanding our curated community of technology businesses. This vibrant location adds space for 1000 new members on the boundary line of the City of London in one of the most popular destinations in the capital.

The building is a great example of a heritage site being reimagined through redevelopment with sustainability in mind. It is rated BREEAM excellent, placing it in the top 10 percent of UK buildings for ESG credentials.
Goswell Road will officially open its doors this October.
