No red wine/red drinks allowed due to the carpetted furnitures.

Be aware that we are in a residential area, so no loudspeakers, or noise after 11 pm. The quoted room hire fees do not include a separate, temporary damage/disturbance bond which will be charged in addition, and returned afterward if all goes well, which usually it does!

Fresh and modern with a spacious kitchen, it’s perfect for a variety of events such as meetings, workshops, training sessions, dinners, baby showers, art displays, and more. The room can accommodate up to 20 chairs or 30 people standing.

We are located in centrally 2mins walk from Swiss Cottage station, in Primrose Hill/Hamstead borough, and is 10 mins away from Bond Street station.
