Grubstreet Cellars offers three distinct spaces: The Sample Room, The Pasteur Room, and The Cutting Room.
The Sample Room features bold, contemporary design with striking raw materials. A copper bar with blue neon accents adds a stylish focal point, while soft furnishings invite guests to relax. Perfect for drinks receptions or private parties, it can also be paired with The Pasteur Room for larger dinners.
The Pasteur Room blends traditional period features with raw elements for a dramatic dining experience. Its centerpiece, a burnt iron chandelier, captures attention, while the inspired cooking and wine pairings elevate the experience.
The Cutting Room, inspired by vintage cinemas, is ideal for screenings, product launches, and corporate events. It boasts modern AV equipment, including a 98-inch screen, surround sound, and wireless microphones. The private lobby provides a space for pre-event drinks or meetings.
