About this space
Our menu was designed by Jugad’s Exectuve Chef Jose Fernandes, who has spent the past five years heading the kitchen at the Gunpowder Restaurant. Jose has drawn inspiration from all corners of the globe to craft a diverse and unique experience. It’s why you’ll find classic Indian dishes alongside modern British favourites, all with a special Jugad twist.

The name Jugad comes from the Hindi word meaning "an innovative or unconventional way of fixing something." It reflects Foodhak’s philosophy of 'food as medicine' while offering a dining experience that is both sustainable and natural.
The restaurant is a celebration of our founder Sakshi’s Indian heritage, combining tradition with modern elements to create an experience that is as healthy as it is delicious.
