Vinoteca staff was very helpful throughout. They were prompt to respond and accommodating, as our event happened on a day when of potential tube strikes. There was a lot of back and forth involved in change guest number in the lead up to the event. I must commend their staff Maria & Kate on the day though. Just when we thought nothing else could go wrong after the on-again, off-again tube strikes, the restaurant lost water supply right as we arrived. Their staff was wonderfully helpful, communicative and very apologetic even though it was not their fault. It was a speaking event and Kate worked tactfully around our speaking slots, serving efficiently without causing interruptions and distractions. Thanks to Vinoteca Borough Yards, our event went extremely smooth and we received such great feedback from our guests.
