The third-floor Music Hall is the largest and most versatile space in the building, frequently hosting rehearsals for major West End productions, including large-scale musicals. The hall can easily be transformed into a event venue for conferences, exhibitions, or private functions. With its high ceilings, open-plan design, and access to supporting facilities like the Production Office and shared Green Room, the Music Hall is perfectly equipped to host a wide variety of dynamic events and performances.

The Music Hall is equipped with a commercial goods lift for the easy transportation of equipment and sets, ensuring smooth logistics for any hire. It features a semi-sprung floor and large windows running along one side of the room.

No Smoking Policy

Cleanliness and Tidiness
o Hirers are responsible for leaving the space as they found it. Please ensure all areas, including any equipment used, are clean and tidy after use.
o Dispose of all waste in provided bins and recycle where appropriate.
o Avoid leaving any personal belongings or equipment on the premises unless previously agreed upon.
Respectful Behaviour
o Respect the space, staff, and others using nearby areas.
o Loud noises or disruptive behaviour should be minimized to avoid disturbing others.
Equipment and Facilities Use
o Treat all equipment and facilities with care.
o Report any damages immediately to management. Hirers may be held responsible for repairs or replacements due to misuse or negligence.
Food and Drink
o Consumption of food and drink is allowed only in designated areas. Please avoid bringing any food or drinks near electronic equipment or sensitive areas.

Compliance with Health & Safety Regulations

We are one of the most popular rehearsal spaces in London and regularly hire our spaces for rehearsals for large West End and touring productions, professional photo shoots, filming, meeting space, events, conferences and more.
