About this space
Discover the Dining Room on the lower ground floor… An elegant and smart space awaits which may be hired exclusively for private events, accommodating up to 65 guests for a seated meal or 90 people for a standing reception.
Divided into two areas, the Bar and Lounge can be found to the left of the entrance with the main dining space extending to the right. Dark wood flooring runs throughout and long banquette sofas flank both sides of the room. The central space is arranged brasserie-style, but the layout can be reconfigured as needed making this flexible space perfect for a variety of events; from private dining, Christmas parties, cocktail receptions, daytime meetings, launches as well as elaborate celebrations.
High ceilings feel fresh and open. A vibrant orange wall is reflected across the room in opposite mirrors, adding a sense of energy to the space, whilst pendant lighting is dimmed to create a sophisticated yet relaxed environment in which to dine.

Host rules
In order to secure your event, we require 50% of the total agreed minimum spend to be paid in advance, as a deposit. The final balance is due two weeks prior to the event taking place, just leaving any additional costs or overspend to be settled on the day or night of the function.
Should you need to amend or cancel the function please provide at least 28 days’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the 50% of the deposit being retained as a late cancellation fee. Roti Chai cannot be held responsible for exceptional weather conditions, suspension of travel or any other circumstances beyond reasonable control; and no such circumstances will be considered grounds for cancellation without charge. Cancellation within 14 working days of the event taking place or non-arrival of the party will incur the full cost of the function being charged (equal to the agreed minimum spend).

About Roti Chai
Launched in 2011 and located on a quiet mews in Marylebone, Roti Chai is an independent restaurant offering modern Indian cuisine.
Split over two floors it effectively houses two restaurants under one roof. The casual and fast-paced Street Kitchen on the ground floor is inspired by street hawkers and roadside cafes, serving chaats and rustic dishes. Whilst the Dining Room & Bar below offers a more formal, elegant and refined space, serving fantastic tandoor and regional specialities.
Each dining area has a distinct and different menu, featuring contemporary dishes using traditional cooking techniques from across the Indian sub-continent. The drinks range consists of a carefully selected Wine list alongside handcrafted cocktails and mocktails.
Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, this venue is perfect for group get togethers and celebrations. Private events can also be accommodated in the Dining Room & Bar, which is ideal for seated meals of up to 65 or standing receptions for 90.
