Our Function Hall is a versatile and inviting space, perfect for hosting a variety of events. Measuring an impressive 8 meters wide by 25 meters long, it offers ample room to accommodate your guests comfortably.

We offer our guests the hall from 18:00 pm - 00:00 am, if you'd like to start any earlier we will charge £20 p/h.
Our venue has a license until 03:00 am, so if you plan on extending your celebrations until then it will cost £20 for every hour after midnight.
There is a £50 non-refundable deposit required upon booking.
We also charge a £50 deposit for cleaning. This is refundable upon inspection of the hall after use.
(As long as it is left clean we are happy!)

Cleanliness and Tidiness
All decorations, catering supplies (including plates, crockery, and utensils), and other items brought in must be removed by the end of the hire period.
The space must be left clean and tidy, with all rubbish disposed of in the provided bins.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly permitted only in the designated beer garden or outside the premises.
Alcohol and Beverages
No external drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) are permitted on the premises.
All beverages must be purchased from the bar during the event.
Children
Children must remain in the designated area at all times and must vacate the premises by 12:00 AM.
The hirer is responsible for the supervision of children throughout the event.
Noise and Music Levels
Music and noise levels must be reduced to a reasonable volume starting from 11:00 PM.
Ensure compliance with local noise regulations to avoid disturbances to neighbors.
General Conduct
The hirer is responsible for the behavior of their guests and ensuring the event complies with the venue’s policies.
Any damages caused during the hire period will be the responsibility of the hirer.
By hiring the hall, the hirer agrees to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or refusal of future bookings.
