Our 2000 sqft (200 sqm) photo studio is filled with natural light, thanks to an 18m x 10m glass wall and 3m high ceilings.
The space includes a separate dressing and makeup room (2.5m x 2.5m) with a large mirror, makeup table, and chairs for your convenience.
We offer fast 200mbps WiFi and a 32-amp socket for industrial equipment. There’s also a small kitchen and separate men’s and women’s WCs.
Perfect for photo shoots, video productions, or workspace needs, the studio is just a 3-minute walk from the London Underground and Overground. Free parking is available for up to five cars or vans.

Host rules
The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in a hour increments at a rate of stated hourly rate.
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
There is no smoking allowed in the space. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
