Tucked away in central London, our warm and character-filled space is ideal for all kinds of gatherings. With its vintage decor, wooden floors, and eclectic artwork, it offers a relaxed yet stylish atmosphere perfect for both social and creative events.
The venue comfortably fits up to 30 guests seated or 70 standing, making it a great choice for private parties, DJ takeovers, pop-ups, and food experiences. It’s equally well-suited for business meetings, workshops, photoshoots, and film productions. Whether you’re hosting a poetry night, an exhibition, or an intimate celebration, this adaptable space provides the perfect backdrop.
A fully equipped kitchen and a bar are available on-site. We usually operate with a minimum bar spend, though a corkage option is available if you prefer to bring your own drinks.

Host rules
No smoking in the building, there is a smoking area outside. We can cater but outside catering is allowed. We have a fully functional bar as standard with min.spend or you can pay corkage to bring in your own alcohol. Music must be played at volume we set.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
