We hire our space on a dry hire basis, however, furniture, all living plants, and hanging decorations are part of the hire.

Our Fern Room can be hired out during the day. Please speak to our events team about your requirements for the Cafe Greenhouse. Availability and fees vary depending on the season.
Upon agreeing on the details of your event, we ask that half of the booking fee be paid immediately to secure the date, with the remaining settled seven working days before the event. In addition, we apply a damage/overrun deposit, which is refundable up to seven working days after the event
