Host rules

- We require 50% of the chosen set menu price to be paid upfront to secure the booking. The remaining balance can be paid by the organiser either on the day of the event or prior to the event date
- We will also require a contract to be signed for the event to be confirmed. This is non-negotiable.

For more private occasions, Claro offers two beautiful event spaces on our second floor. The Gallery is perfect for intimate gatherings, accommodating up to 14 guests for a seated dining experience. The Loft is ideal for larger events, hosting up to 70 guests for a standing reception or 66 for a full seated event.
