Liability & Damages

• The Coach holds full public liability insurance for any event held at the premises.
• The Coach does not accept responsibility of the loss or damage of personal property belonging to the Client or their guests.
• If The Coach is prevented from carrying out its obligation hereunder in circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Company's liability hereunder shall be limited to the return of monies already paid by the Client to The Coach in respect of the Event, less The Coach’s actual out of pocket expenses incurred.
• The Coach disclaims all liability for food allergies or dietary restrictions unless, in each instance, specifically notified in writing at least one week in advance of the Event.
• In the event of any damages caused by participants to property or equipment in use by The Coach, except by fair wear and tear, the Client will be charged the full replacement cost. Any damages must be reported to a member of The Coach’s staff immediately.
• The Client agrees to and hereby does hold The Coach harmless against all claims for injury or damage to persons or property arising out of any act, omission, negligence or misconduct on the part of the Client or any of its agents, guests, patrons or invitees.
• The Coach will not be responsible for any stock left over from a client which has not been collected within 2 weeks of the event date.
