Decked with red velvet chairs for 40 guests, golden lamps, leopard-print pillows, life-sized peacocks and retro wallpaper, the bar’s tongue-in-cheek basement interiors imitate the luxurious, secretive vibes derived from India’s 1970s underground operations.
