Open to use for photoshoots, video shoots, meetings, yoga classes, workshops, games nights, pop-ups, markets, exhibitions, private events, etc.

The space is reasonably modular so you can move certain pieces of furniture around and we could potentially remove some pieces temporarily (depending on requirements/time booked).

The bookable space is formed of two interconnected rooms:
Main Space :
• 5.05m x 6.5m (with 3.2m ceiling height)
• 3 piece modular sofa set + two swivel armchairs
• 2.7m wide backdrop with castor wheels (white + other colours available)
• blackout floor to ceiling blinds
• extra large mirror
• bluetooth enabled hi-fi system
• HD projector
• playstation 5 + two controllers (on request)

Secondary Space:
• 4.8m x 3.76m
• 2m x 1m table + two benches
• clothes steamer + iron / board (on request)
• large clothes rail with wheels + hangers (5 more rails also available)
• small CRT VHS tv + remote
• sink with running water
• nespesso coffee machine + cups
