About Viet Grill

Since opening the doors to Viet Grill in 2006, founder Hieu Bui and the team have been serving authentic Vietnamese barbecue dishes made with incredible produce, as well as taking inspiration from the latest trends in Saigon and Hanoi.

We serve classic Vietnamese barbecue and elevated sharing plates made with quality British and Vietnamese ingredients. Our dishes are a true labour of love, cooked over charcoal on fiery robata grills, and accompanied by cocktails combining British spirits with southeast Asian flavours.
