he covered area can accommodate up to 300 guests.
We supply power, festoon lighting to create the perfect ambiance, and a designated stage area. A comprehensive sound and lighting package is included, along with a full DJ setup featuring CDJs, a mixer, and monitor.
We can also offer a chill-out area with bean bags, benches, and sofas, giving you a place to unwind. An experienced Event Manager will oversee everything, supported by 15 security staff ensuring a secure environment for all guests.
Our amenities include 10 standard toilets, 2 urinals, and 1 disabled toilet. We also provide waste management and staff, along with traffic management to guide the flow of guests.
A fully stocked bar setup is included, with a marquee, tables, and bar equipment to serve your guests in style. For safety, our medical and welfare team is always on-site to assist if needed.
Optional add-ons, such as AV screens, upgraded lighting, special effects, and even dancers available.
