About this space
Our multi-functional event space is one of the largest venues in Peckham.
Private and sound-proofed, this 450-capacity room regularly hosts live music, club nights, performances and parties, both private and public.
The Gig Space is a flexible, blank canvas event space, which includes its own bar, stage, box office, toilets, kitchen space, green room and an outdoor terrace that can be used as a smoking area.
Up on Level 5 of the building, the rooms has views over the Peckham train tracks from windows across two walls, making it one of the most atmospheric live event spaces in South London.
Various layouts are possible, from full standing, theatre or cabaret style seating or a mix of both.

Guests under 18 are not allowed after 23:00
Host rules
Sale of Alcohol and music/entertainment will conclude 30 minutes prior to the closing hour.
All windows and terrace doors will be shut from 22:00.
All persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted on site beyond the hours of 20:00, unless accompanied by an adult, which they will then be able to remain on site till 23:00.

About Peckham Levels

Occupying a former multi-storey car park on Rye Lane since 2017, Peckham Levels is a unique London venue with a bar, food hall, and multiple event spaces available to hire. We are on a mission to create culture for the here and now, and build a meeting place for arts, enterprise and community action in South London.
We have a busy and eclectic events programme that takes place across Levels 5 & 6, and we’re open to a wide range of ideas - from club nights & gigs, to performance nights, community meet-ups, talks and markets.
All of our spaces are available for private and commercial hires - from birthday parties to film or photoshoots or business workshops and away days. We have a range of in-house catering and bar opportunities to support these.
We are open to the public Wednesday - Sunday but can be hired privately outside of these days.
