About Firefly

LA inspired FoodWell is a brand new concept in Manchester's ever-buzzing New Bailey district.

The 9000sq ft venue offers everything from a deli, a large winter terrace, a restaurant and bar serving delicious cocktails.

Christian Coates, a founder of the FoodWell, as well as healthy meal delivery business Soulmatefood, said "There's nothing in the UK that encompasses a real work/life balance. We want to encourage dwell time - we won't be kicking people out the door, we want them to come in for lunch, stay to do some work, attend a yoga class, have a cocktail afterwards".
