The Loft and Bar are often hired as a combined space for parties, events and launches. The combination of pure white natural light in the loft and rich opulence of the 'speakeasy' bar create the perfect backdrop for any event.

The loft is a minimal and versatile space with a modern, industrial edge, featuring a 50sqm mezzanine area and private bathroom. Just below is a bar which is an elegant and comfortable space for meetings and small events or a perfect breakout space for a larger event.

About fivefourstudios

fivefourstudios is a unique space that can accommodate conferences, meetings, launches, weddings, and parties with a difference for up to 240 guests.

The venue features three pure white studios, which provide a perfect blank canvas for guests to add their own personal creative touches to.

The bar is a stunning example of a private members club, a 'hidden gem' where amongst subtle lighting, you can enjoy the richness of colours and furnishings and sip on your favourite tipple!

Our rates are offered on a dry-hire basis, and if you would like us to, we can assist you in building a package of any additional services to include decoration, furniture, catering and entertainment. We work with the finest local and national suppliers to create bespoke events.
