Located on our top floor, our stunning Box Gallery offers a completely self contained event space that can transform from a meeting space to a striking evening reception area. The room boasts a panoramic city view of industrial and modern Manchester for your guests to enjoy.
Located on the top two floors of the National Football Museum, the Box Gallery offers clients an uniquely modern event space, benefitting from floor to ceiling glass walls with great views of the city. The two floors are interconnected via a floating staircase, so this space is can be both floors or just one. Perfect for meetings, talks, networking events, Christmas parties and dinners

The Museum is open to the public in the day, the client can exclusively takeover the venue after the museum closes.
We can arrange for early access for set up at a cost per hour if required.

About National Football Museum
Based in one of Manchester’s unique venues, the National Football Museum is a fantastic backdrop for a range of different events. Located in the city centre, right next to Victoria Station, we offer the perfect space to hire. Housed in the Urbis building, designed by Ian Simpson Architects, our six storey museum has a variety of areas to choose from. As a registered charity (no: 1050792), all proceeds from our venue hire go directly to the charitable activities that we undertake. Our Football Creates programme works with schools and communities to enrich the lives of others with the game of our lives.
From gala dinners, awards ceremonies, Christmas parties, and brand activation events, the museum has spaces unlike anything else. Our events team will work with you to ensure that you and your guests have a truly memorable and distinctive event. Alongside this we can offer one of a kind experiences such as tours, handling sessions and curator talks tailored to your audience.
Our catering and bar teams offer delicious menus, bar options and excellent service. By outlining your requirements we will be
able to advise you on the best option.
Our city center location, right next to Manchester Victoria, in Cathedral Gardens, makes us an easily accessible and show-stopping venue for your event.
We can now offer special exclusive hire access in the day for special events and conferences, hire rates for this are available by special request.
