Excellent communication
I wrote to be at one regarding hiring a room out for my birthday and have had nothing but quick responses, helpful information regarding everything I needed to know or asked and the booking process was also easy with a simple form and booking link for payment.

Really liked the venue which is in a central location on Deansgate, Manchester. It was a good sized space for our party, was clean and modern. Great selection of drinks and reasonable prices. All staff and barstaff were friendly and professional. Could connect to bluetooth to play own music. Minimum spend rather than payment for the room was also a main benefit and reason we booked here. Would definitely recommend to others.
Only minor thing to comment - a few people made it to the venue before me and were taken to the wrong private hire room, even though they said my name and the name of the room. This caused confusion with drinks vouchers being given out etc which wasn’t right for our room.
