About this space

The Urban Courtyard is a large event space with 3 large pergola gazebo, fitted with mood setting lighting and outdoor heater and sound system. We have seating for up to 50 people undercover and space for 100 in total. Set inside a beautiful courtyard. We cater to all events including party weddings, christenings funerals and corporate events.

Gazebos are available for separate hire for groups up to 10 people

We have a strict No Smoking policy within the courtyard and the building inside, guests are advised to use the smoking area provided.

For the safety and enjoyment of all members of our community, we ask you to act in a respectful manner in the space and not to do, cause or permit anything that is reasonably likely to be disruptive or dangerous to us or any members, or our/their employees, guests, or property. We ask that you are respectful of the local community by not loitering in the street surrounding The Urban Courtyard.

While you are at The Urban Courtyard, you are responsible for your personal property. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Use of The Urban Courtyard space to conduct or pursue any illegal or offensive activities is strictly prohibited, and offensive, dangerous, hazardous, inflammable, or explosive materials are strictly prohibited.

For any items provided to you by The Urban Courtyard team for temporary use, you will be responsible for replacement fees should any such property be lost, stolen or destroyed.

Due to the nature of the outdoor venue, music must be kept to a moderate level. Staff may intervene if music levels exceed our limits
