It can also be booked as a breakout space alongside the Lecture Room.

Tea/coffee and light refreshments can be booked in the space, or lunch can be booked in the cafe.

Evening hire is generally from 6pm with access to set up from 5pm once the gallery closes
Hire is available until 1am
We are located approx. one mile from Piccadilly train station and the nearest tram stop is just across the road at St Peters Square.
We don't have on site parking but we do have a 20% discount at a local NCP
We can help make recommendations for suppliers, from hotels to entertainment, equipment to event planners.
