The venue was absolutely superb, the staff were amazing on the night and very welcoming/accommodating. They really gave us an amazing experience. The food was also fantastic and the room itself is a brilliant size for a good sized gathering of people. We had ~ 60 and it was a perfect size for that.
Some issues with communication from the venue prior to the event, I do think that was just unlucky rather than a systematic issue.

Venue & hotel is amazing.
Team all are very accommodating & friendly.
Dedicated events manager & team are a massive help on the night for all queries.
Food was great.
Wait at the bar was at times too long due to amount of staff on bar - but this was sorted by event manager through the evening.
