Equipped with an extensive collection of equipment, the Movement Space ensures you have everything you need for a successful session. With 30 yoga blocks, 20 core sliders, and 16 yoga mats, you can comfortably engage in yoga practices or various floor exercises.
Additionally, the space provides 6 plyo boxes for plyometric workouts, 3 mobility sticks for flexibility training, and 10 wooden dowel rods for stability and balance exercises. To further cater to your needs, 4 slant boards are available for targeted workouts.
Whether you're planning a photoshoot, videoshoot, or conducting a workshop, the Movement Space offers a versatile and well-equipped environment to support your creative and fitness endeavors.
