Chop & Plant is the on-site restaurant at the Marriott Manchester Victoria and Albert Hotel. Our restaurant, open from breakfast to dinner offers casual dining in an open plan setting. We offer a variety of dishes which are a blend of chop house classics and plant-based dishes with a focus on local produce and sustainability alongside a wide selection of wines, locally crafted ales and spirits as well as refined crafted cocktails to choose from. Chop & Plant sits on the banks of the River Irwell providing a peaceful outlook and is complemented by a large outdoor private sun terrace.
