The Oglesby Atrium is the heart from Chetham’s New Building. Open, airy and connected to the energy of cultural life, yet isolated from its bustle and noise, the Atrium provides a warm, inviting space for guests to gather, network and dine.

The Atrium may form the centre of your planned event, or provide a spacious annexe to conferences in The Stoller Hall or Carole Nash Hall. Flexible and open, it is perfectly suited to seated dining, networking or receptions, with in house catering and a full free or paid bar service available to suit your plans.

The Oglesby Atrium can be reached via its own entrance, five minutes from rail and Metrolink connections at Victoria Station. As part of Chetham’s New Building, it benefits from fully accessible facilities and technical capability, with discreet access to power and technical support for performances and presentations.

About Stoller Hall

Built in 2017, The Stoller Hall is a RIBA National award-winning live concerts and events venue in Manchester, hosting acts as diverse as Sheku Kanneh-Mason and the BBC Philharmonic and Lindisfarne to comedians such as Babatunde Aleshé and Jenny Eclair.

As a wider part of Chetham’s School of Music, these are spaces designed to exacting acoustic and modern standards, and to encourage creativity to grow.

The main auditorium has space for up to 400 delegates (theatre style) with pianos, technical equipment and in-house crew to make it a superb, flexible space for formal conferences or concerts. The adjacent Carole Nash Hall seats 170 delegates and is an inspiring space for recitals, presentations and competitions. The Oglesby Atrium forms a large central space flooded with natural light which can be used as a breakout, dining or meeting space. With top-of-the-range conference facilities and free Wi-Fi throughout, these are versatile accessible spaces suitable for corporate clients and public sector organisations. HD cameras, projector and projection screens, HD TVs, AV equipment are also available. Onsite catering and bar facilities are also available.

The Stoller Hall meets high sustainability standards with LED lighting throughout, and a modern Building Management System for energy efficiency that ensures comfortable and stable temperatures year-round. The building is also fully accessible, with lifts and accessible toilets on every floor.
