Meeting Room Two boasts a glass wall and modern lighting for practicality and ambiance. Seating is arranged boardroom-style, with stylish, modern, and ergonomic options for up to 8 people, accommodating more if needed. The climate system, controlled by a wall-mounted panel, ensures a perfect meeting environment. A 65-inch TV is provided for presentations.

Conferencing equipment includes the Poly studio system with user-friendly features, strategically placed microphones, and an integrated HD camera for video conferencing. Lenovo Play touch panels centralize AV control, ensuring compatibility with popular video conferencing platforms.

All rooms offer ample power outlets, charging ports, and high-speed internet for video conferencing. Our facility is accessible via a lift for people with disabilities. Note that an accessible toilet is pending installation in our grade 2 listed building. A refreshments service is available upon request.
