About this space
You'll have exclusive access to the entire first floor, including Meeting Room One (details provided separately), the Agora (details provided separately), a communal kitchen with well-placed tables and chairs, and a 55-inch flatscreen. All spaces in between, including the foyer (pictures will be uploaded soon as we're brand new), are at your disposal.
Two 48-inch high-resolution TVs on movable stands for presentations and marketing are available. Conferencing equipment features the Poly G7500 system with a user-friendly interface, an HD camera integrated into the sound bar for video conferencing, and centralized control through Lenovo Play touch panels. Compatibility with popular video conferencing platforms ensures seamless screen sharing, chat, and full-room recording.
All rooms are equipped with ample power outlets and charging ports for electronic devices, along with high-speed, reliable internet connectivity for video conferencing.
Accessibility is ensured with a lift for people with disabilities, though note that an accessible toilet is pending installation in the grade 2 listed building. A refreshments service is available upon request.
