You have 2 hours before your function starts to set the room up.
You are NOT permitted to bring your own alcohol to the function, anyone caught with their own alcohol will be asked to leave immediately
Please make sure your DJ has all their own equipment, table and extension lead.
Please make sure your balance is paid a month before your function.
You’re more than welcome to bring your own food, but please make sure you take everything with you, as we cannot leave food overnight on the premises.
Last orders are at Midnight & the music has to be switched off.
We only allow children in the main function room, as long as they are supervised at all times. Children are not permitted in the smaller function room.
If you have children at your event or using the beer garden, you will have to be on plastic glasses.
DJs can set up 2 hours before your function starts & they will need to bring all their own equipment including a table, and an extension lead and music has to be off by midnight.
If you bring your own food or use outside catering please ensure any leftover food gets taken or thrown away and any trays, dishes, cutlery etc. is collected by 10am the next day, or we will have to throw them away as we're not responsible for cleaning and storing any leftover items.
