About this space

For smaller groups (up to 30 guests), we have a private dining area on the ground floor. You can find it just off the main restaurant with easy access to the bar and outside courtyard.

The room is elegantly decorated with chandeliers, large mirrors, and vintage antique wallpaper. It’s also separated from the main bar by curtains, so your special occasion will stay private and undisturbed. And don’t worry about catering – we’ve got you covered with food and drink packages, so you can focus on enjoying the event.

About The Ram

The Ram is a pub that dates back to the 15th century when a coaching inn opened and where the current 18th-century, Georgian building now stands. Offering the perfect place for people to meet and rest whilst enjoying great food and wine.

The Ram has since been restored to its former, elegant Georgian glory, in the heart of the historic town of Newark, close to Newark Castle.
