The Hooch is available for private hire for up to 30 guests, Sunday to Thursday evenings.
With our incredible views of the River Tyne, Millenium Bridge, The Baltic and The Glasshouse, The Hooch is the perfect spot for an intimate wedding reception, a special birthday celebration, a corporate event and more!

Host rules
- No smoking indoors (there is an outdoor area you can smoke)
- No animals indoors
- Customers are not allowed behind the bar or dj booth at any time, nor are they allowed to touch any musical equipment. Staff will provide help if needed.
- Guests must adhere to polite and respectful behaviour towards staff at all times, failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave
- We have volume limitations on music for the sake of our residential neighbours. Guests must adhere to this.
- Again for the sake of residential neighbours noise in our outdoor area must be managed and kept to a minimum, guests must respect staff’s requests to come inside or keep noise down otherwise you may be asked to leave.
