Bracken Tor offers exclusive use of its two lovely buildings with welcoming reception areas and YHA bunk accommodation.
Over both houses you have 15 rooms with bunk beds for up to 76 people. Two kitchens, three social rooms with a pool table, Tv, dvd players, open fireplace.
The gardens are surrounded by woods and open moorland have campfire spaces and plenty of parking.
Wedding packages can be added to hire to give you sole use of the grounds, function room hire, wedding ceremony area

Situated on the edge of Dartmoor, Bracken Tor House is a secluded venue that is perfect for weddings, receptions, and civil ceremonies. Surrounded by 4 acres of landscaped grounds and featuring bluebell woods and open moorlands, it offers tranquility and privacy.
Set across two buildings with their own car parks, lounge, dining areas, and self-catering kitchens, Bracken Tor House provides comfortable accommodation with ensuite facilities, wonderful reception areas, and stunning views over the town of Okehampton. The idyllic countryside setting creates the perfect backdrop for celebrations and, of course, beautiful photographs.
Bracken Tor House is located one mile from Okehampton and can be easily accessed from the A30 Okehampton Bypass. There are also bus services to Okehampton from Exeter, Bude, Newquay and Tavistock. Nearby attractions include the ruins of Okehampton Castle with walking paths and picnic spots and the Dartmoor National Park.
