- Smoking and Alcohol
The hotel is a non-smoking premises. Alcohol consumed on-site must be purchased from the hotel.
- Meeting Room Availability
Meeting rooms are available from 7:00 AM on the day of booking. If you require access the night before for setup, please arrange this in advance. The meeting room must be vacated by 9:00 PM.
- Catering
Catering can be provided by the hotel or an approved third-party supplier.
- Breakfast and lunch requests must be submitted at least three working days in advance. Some meals may be supplied by an external provider.
- Dinner and evening event requests must be made at least seven days in advance and are subject to availability. Groups of ten or more will be served buffet-style.
- External Food Policy
At the hotel's discretion and with at least 24 hours' notice, organizers may use takeaway apps for meals in the meeting room.
- The hotel will provide crockery and cutlery, but food must be consumed in the meeting room, not in public areas.
- Consider the meeting room's checkout time when ordering.
- Room Changes
The hotel reserves the right to move bookings to an alternative meeting space that meets your requirements.

Holiday Inn Express Birmingham Oldbury is just a 15-minute drive from the city centre and a 30-minute drive to Birmingham Airport. M5 is easily accessible, so going to Bristol and the South West will be manageable.
Onsite we offer, printing and copying services, and scanners for your convenience. Whilst we encourage pre-bookings, wider catering options are also available as an add-on to room hire-only bookings, and smaller meetings are welcome to dine from our extensive Express Café and Bar menu.
