The marvellous Assembly Room, originally called the Banqueting Hall, is bound to wow your guests with its character and original features. With its carved timber ceiling, gorgeous wood panelling, impressive fireplace and monumental oil paintings, this wonderful space is perfect for both ceremonies and receptions.
The large windows let in a wealth of natural light and the high ceiling and fabulous chandeliers make the room the perfect backdrop for stunning photographs. The Assembly Room has the capacity to accommodate up to 120 guests for a seated meal and up to 200 guests for a reception. Extra space is offered by the adjacent Old Library, so there’s enough room for both dining and dancing.
