Host rules

No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. A designated smoking area is available outside.

Noise Levels: Please keep noise at a respectful level. Loud music or disruptive sounds are not allowed after 11 PM.

Decorations: Decorations are welcome but must be approved in advance. No use of nails, staples, or adhesives on walls or furniture. Confetti, glitter, and open flames (including candles) are not allowed.

Capacity Limit: The maximum number of guests allowed is 120. Exceeding this limit is not permitted for safety reasons.

Time Compliance: All events must conclude by the agreed-upon time. Overtime charges may apply for exceeding the rental period.

Furniture & Equipment: Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of all furniture and equipment. Moving or rearranging furniture is allowed but must be returned to its original position after the event.

Prohibited Activities: No illegal activities, underage drinking, or dangerous behavior (e.g., fireworks, weapons) are allowed on the premises.

Supervision of Minors: Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Pets: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Parking: Guests must park in designated areas only. Do not block entrances, exits, or fire lanes.

Security: If you are hosting an event with more than 80 guests or serving alcohol, security personnel may be required.

Damages: Any damages to the property, equipment, or fixtures will be charged to the booking party. A security deposit will have to be made.
