Our room is well-equipped with cutting-edge AV facilities, including presentation screens that effortlessly connect wirelessly and boast built-in cameras. With multiple microphones and a high-quality sound system, you're all set for a seamless audio-visual experience.

Built on the historic site of the old Manchester Exchange Station, 100 Embankment is centrally located, just a four minute walk from Victoria Station. With a striking design, stunning views across the Manchester Cathedral and river Irwell, plus a roof terrace, it is the perfect base for businesses to grow.
With a versatile choice of event spaces throughout the building, x+why can accommodate to a wide range of needs to suit you. From intimate meeting rooms, to fully equipped theatre style presentations for up to 100 guests. For when you're needing that balance between professional and social, our bar serving draught beer, wines and softs sits at the far end of our breakout space to allow guests the room to relax and socialise.
On the 9th floor sits our roof terrace with spectacular views across the city. Home to an abundance of greenery and with capacity for up to 150, the facilities for a pop-up bar and catering truly make this the perfect space to host any occasion you're looking to impress.
