No Smoking Indoors – Smoking is only permitted in the back garden. Dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.
Respect Property Boundaries – Stay within the gravel driveway, house, and garden. Do not walk around to the neighbor’s side of the property.
Parking – Do not park on verges around the driveway, as the metal edging bends under weight.
Food & Drink – Keep all eating and drinking within the kitchen area.
Kitchen Surfaces – Do not use spray cleaners or place items directly on marble worktops. Acidic substances like lemon juice can cause damage. We will cover them before your arrival unless you need the kitchen for a shoot.
Moving Furniture – Ask the owner for permission before moving any furniture. Lift, do not drag.
Decorating Restrictions – No drilling, attaching, or decorating without prior consent.
Floor & Surface Protection – Protect floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture to prevent damage. Use protective covers on high heels, camera stands, and heavy equipment.
Media Equipment – Do not disconnect the TV or media units. Ask the owner if adjustments are needed.
Restoring Order – Return everything to its original position and leave the house clean and tidy before departure.
Damage Reporting – Inform the owner immediately if any damage occurs.
Shoe Policy – Remove shoes or wear provided shoe covers indoors, especially on rugs.
Historic Features – Be mindful of irreplaceable historic paintwork and artwork on walls and ceilings. Handle with care.

Inside, you'll find 3 formal reception rooms, a galleried hallway, a large kitchen, a cinema room, cellars, and 5 bedrooms (2 children's, 1 master, 1 used as a study, 1 spare room), all renovated. It is a great space for photoshoots and filmmaking.
