Host rules

- The standard rental period is 8 hours, which includes setup and teardown time. Additional hours can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Access to the space is allowed from 8:00 AM on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged.
- The maximum capacity of the event space is 120 people. Exceeding this limit is not permitted due to safety regulations.
- Decorations are allowed but must be pre-approved. No nails, staples, or adhesive materials that could damage surfaces are permitted.
- Music and noise must be kept at reasonable levels, in consideration of our neighbours.
- The space must be left in the condition it was found. All decorations, food, and rubbish must be removed by the end of the rental period.
