Allowed events

Host rules

Booking and Access:
- All bookings must be confirmed in advance
- Arrive and depart at your scheduled times to ensure smooth operations
- Only authorized personnel are allowed entry

Respect the Space:
- Treat the studio, equipment, and furnishings with care
- Clean up after your session; dispose of trash and return moved items to their original places
- Report any damages or malfunctions immediately

Dressing Room Use:
- Use the dressing room respectfully; keep it tidy
- Do not leave personal belongings unattended; the studio is not liable for lost items

Infinity Cove:
- No shoes, food, or drinks on the infinity cove to maintain its pristine condition
- Inform staff if special requirements are needed for the cove

Safety and Conduct:
- Follow all safety guidelines provided by the studio staff
- No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are allowed on the premises
- Maintain professional behavior; respect fellow creatives and staff

Equipment Use:
- Use studio equipment properly and only for its intended purpose
- Return all equipment in the condition it was provided

Noise and Disturbances:
- Keep noise to a minimum to respect other sessions in progress
- Notify staff of any loud activities in advance

Children and Pets:
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Pets are not allowed without prior approval

Payment and Cancellations:
- Payments must be made according to the booking agreement
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid charges

Liability:
- Users are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their team
- The House of Mulberry is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or lost items
