Cancellation and Refund Policy for Bookings – City Division
1. Small table bookings with no deposit taken – no change
2. Small tables booking when a deposit has been taken (eg. Mother’s Day) - We offer the customer (if they contact to cancel) the opportunity to postpone their booking to a later date (we retain the deposit). If this is not agreeable for reasons such as (special celebratory occasion, family travel etc) then we will refund any deposits paid (we must be considerate and understanding of the circumstances)
3. Larger group bookings where deposit has been taken – We offer the organiser/customer (if they contact to cancel) the opportunity to postpone their booking/event to a for a later date within six months of original booking date (we retain the deposit). If this is not agreeable for reasons such as (special celebratory occasion, family travel etc) then we will refund any deposits paid
4. Existing large third-party group bookings (Travel Trade, Corporate etc). As above (this will predominately be taken care of via your Brand Sales Managers). For new bookings we will inform the larger travel trade companies that cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date would incur a 25% fee to enable us to cover our costs).

This newly refurbished, listed, building oozes traditional character but with a modern, fresh twist.
Its private rooms are perfect for meetings with AV equipment on site or for drinks and nibbles reception space.
Delegate rates, buffet, canape and drinks packages are available.
The large terrace at the front and side of the building which has a roof covering but open sides, so a guaranteed external space regardless of the weather.
Purpose-built cocktail master class area for up to 20, charged at £25.00 per person, perfect for hen parties or team building.
Venue buyouts and area quotes on request, balance settlement welcome prior to booking but the deposit is essential.
