Our GuestHouse in York is a show-stopping-stunner, a short 10-minute stroll from York station and within sight of the Minster. Captivatingly designed our Grade II Listed Regency townhouse is a unique destination for all manner of 'dos' - from a blue sky meeting, to a house-party at the hottest address in York.

No.1 is the impressive roof under which sits 38 gorgeous rooms and suites. We're home to the Northern-most outpost of 'Pearly Cow', our fabulous fire & ice concept restaurant and event spaces, along with the Rhubarb Bar and Marmalade Lounge. Further down still, you'll find the quiet retreat of our Spa at No.1, with soothing treatment rooms.
