Tucked away in a tranquil corner on Level 3 of the National Library, OTC Cafe is the perfect venue for your next private event, birthday bash, baby shower, intimate solemnization, corporate workshop, seminar and more! Whether it is for an intimate group gathering of 10-20pax or for a corporate function that needs to host more than 200pax, OTC Cafe is able to accommodate to your needs.

OTC Cafe understands that every event is different and we will be happy to discuss and tailor a suitable package for you. OTC café also offers catering services for those who are holding seminars or meetings within the National Library.
