About this space

This meeting room is ideal for board meetings, video conferencing and presentations for 12 to 16 people.

The room has access to the Hive Lounge.

Consumption of Food:
Do note that consumption of food is not allowed in the meeting rooms. You are welcome to the Level 6 Rooftop Lounge for your meals.

Housekeeping Matters:
Please ensure to reinstate the meeting rooms to its original state:
• TV switched off and pushed back to its corner
• ALL chairs pushed in, excess chairs to be returned
• Blinds are fully drawn up
• Table items are neatly arranged
• Whiteboards/ flip charts dusted 
• Any mugs/glassware used during the booking are to be washed and left to dry at the basin by the toilets. 
• Do dispose of any trash accumulated during the booking appropriately. Should there be any overage, you may have them disposed of at the bulk bin (green) on Level 1.

The guidelines are also located in the meeting rooms should you require to refer to them again.
