Corporate Serviced Offices is located on one of the highest floors at 65 Chulia Street, OCBC Centre, right in the middle of Singapore Central Business District, above the core Raffles Place MRT Station transport hub (3 minutes walk).

OCBC Centre is a 197.7 m (649 ft), 52-storey skyscraper in Singapore. serving as the current headquarters of OCBC Bank. Completed in 1976, it was designed by renowned architect I.M.
